I have heard from people saying that the style and direction of your sleeping has an impact on your health. Is it true? What direction is to be preferred?

ya ur health also depends on the way u sleep. Maximum time a person shud sleep is 6-8 hours but scientifically its proven that human only needs 3 hours of regular sleep with that u can leesen the amount of time ur wasting in sleepin. secondly u shudn sleep with ur chest flat to ur bed..coz it has some scientific bad effects on health...sleep is to rejenuvate ur body sleep for the sake of rest so that after waking u can work more efficiently. if u feel pain thruout ur body after waking up from morning sleep then that is a symptom showing that u didn sleep proprly; either ur posture of sleeping was wrong or u slept for too long time

For me I dont think so it affects our health. The style of sleeping depends on us hows and what is our comfortable style in sleeping. I dont have idea with this so far but for me it cannot affect my health.

Well, my friend, it does. Scientists have not yet reached a conclusion on what style or direction of sleeping is appropriate but they also agree that the style of sleep has an impact on our health due to pressure differences on our body parts and the direction of sleep also affects health due to effect of earth`s magnetism on blood`s heamatin. But, the acceptance is just tentative due to shortage of evidences, that`s why i asked for people`s opinions. Thanks for your response. Happy Mylotting!!

Yes, I do believe that our health depends on proper eating and sound sleep as well. If you didn't get a sound sleep then you will feel lazy whole day. You won't feel better and fresh. So, for healthy mind and a body, proper sleep is required. One should always sleep in south direction. Never sleep in north direction.

Ah, you are right, i have also heard that one should always sleep in south direction. Is that just a saying from past or there is a scientific logic behind it?

Direction is not a cause but the position proper is: -Pillows are properly placed and your neck align to your spine, so your muscle position is balance. -important factor - is the length of sleep, an estimated to 7 to 9 hours is considered as proper sleep. With the proper sleep, the bodily growth hormone and through this the repair of muscles attained if you suffered pains. Actually with the proper sleep you could burn fat and convert it to energy and muscle. Good if tendons and ligament are injured. Abnormal sleep called as insomnia, whereas lack of sleep usually cause the muscle break during and after exercise. Sleep well and you'll gain a good and healthy muscles.

Hi, Zearah. Looks like you are back after having a good mid-day nap, and testing all this you said by yourself... Sorry, I was just joking as i am now going to have a mid day nap - summer vacations are really relaxing. I think i sleep for the right length of time, generally 7 hours. I didn`t know about that while sleeping can help in burning fat to energy and muscles. Thanks for your informative response. Happy Mylotting!!
