I believe in hand washing more than anti-bacteria gel, especially those that are advertised. If I'm in the hospital I use it after hand wash. But outside, daily, I don't. Some people even prefer to use anti bacteria gel than washing their hands if they are not really dirty (physical appearance). I don't meet make my sense how such a little amount of solutions can kill bacteria in our hands.

anti-bacterial hand washes work fine same as anti biotics etc etthough I still say soap and water is the best way. The simple fact of the matter the more people who use anti bacterial hand washes on a regular basis the more the bacteria will develope a resistance. I agree health workers should use these but the general public using these types of hand washes I just think is madness. Good old fashioned soap and water, and that means the bacteria wont start building up a resistance.

Yeah, I agree with you. Such anti things could bring bacterial or virus resistance. Daily or simple ways to clean hands are better using the old-fashioned way. Thanks for sharing.

I certainly agree on your belief. Hand washing is of course far better than any other anti bacterial gels available in the market today. And I think even If a physician will be asked, he will also go for hand washing. Hand washing as defined is the universal precaution. I'm into a health-allied profession and every person who is inclined with it will I think suggest for hand washing.
