Alt Workouts-Pole Sport/Pole dance for fitness

Some of you who have read a few of my other discussions may know that I enjoy fitness and exercise. By fitness, I mean alternative workout fitness, as all the traditional ones such as aerobics and stepping, and even hip hop abs have a nasty tendency to bore one to tears after a fairly short period. However pole sport is a fitness and body building regimen with which I never tire because there are always limits needing to be pushed and poses that as your strength improves you can hold longer or elaborate upon as your strength increases.
