Hello MyLot friends this checkmail and I prefer to do morning exercises as its good for health.Though I don't get many times shot at doing exercises as late night sleeping, late morning wake up, body pain(stressed), etc.But whenever I get chance of doing exercises in morning I try to follow my exercise chart and to yours knowledge it works.Yes its possible, even we can do exercises with enough breaks in it, though more effective if regular. When I do my morning exercises I feel much more relaxed and energetic through out the day.Its like feeling some flubber(movie) like thing in my whole body and in the end the results are really good for me.I basically do my basic exercises no matter how much time I had gone on break.Yes its a bit difficult to convince our friends to do exercises with us but not impossible. so I do both things regularly, exercise in mornings and also use to sleep in the mornings till late(If not feeling well, stressed). GoodLuck with Morning exercises and sleepings.

Hello busky5 this is checkmail and thanks for responding to the discussion and sharing in your exeperience. But the energy aquired by exercises is better in morning than in evening. There are many benefits of it.Hope you could swing yourself to morning exercises, if not it doesn't matter much.

I am sorry to say that I am a person who prefer sleeping or to make it clear who always go for sleeping. But, at the same time I have the good intention to exercise daily, but it won't work due to my laziness. I get up late in the morning and then I have to hurry getting ready to go to office. I need to set my alarm early to get up and exercise. I want to get rid of my laziness and exercise.

Exercise - exercise is good for health
I am also agree with you checkmail because we take rest whole night and in the early morning we have enough energy to do anything and if at that time we do some exercise it will used properly in our body and we get a good response and that help us from various diseases, so instead of late wake up go for an exercise

Hello sonusd this is checkmail and have received your response and agree with you. I think you are getting my point of starting exercise in morning rather than sleeping and wasting time.Actually if we start our day with some exercises we are energetic through out the day and at night the body needs to be tired in order to get relaxed.so exercise do help us in sleeping well at night and a good sleep helps us to be up in morning again with much more energy than before. So the whole funda is of energy and its source as well as its proper use leads to a healthy life. Thanks for your response. Keep it up GoodLuck.

I do my exercise every morning to capture the fresh air and to get my vitamin D from the sun. I usually never involve myself in spontaneous exercise as my body is already thin. I do simple walking around the house, inside and when I do my shopping around a mall. I feel lazy when I do not move and moving every time not just sitting in front of the computer. I cannot sleep in the morning as i rise early in bed and listen to the news or music in the radio. Then, when night comes it is only my time to sleep especially when i feel tired.

Hello justiceceliu thsi si checkmail and have received your response and think that you are not lazy but living a stylih or lavish life.According to me mornings seems to even before 12 noon, so instead of playing exercises is a good activity to perform.Though you get exercises during playing different sports it doesn't means that you have done exercises. As it compromises of certiain body part physical nutrition programs and which must be done in a balance way.And about taking showers always the hot shower is good for our body after sewating it out.Our habbits are only responsible for one of our sorry day, might be more. That is we might face a setback due to lack of exercise and unbalanced health.Try to change a bit, exercise in mornings that too early for our future sake and health. Hope you could get my point. GoodLuck.

I hope I would be able to do some exercises to start my day but i knew, i'm not a morning person ever since. Mom would wake me up just to take a bath before going to school or else i will be staying more into my bed and go to school very late or not at all. too bad for my bad habit. the only thing i can say i'm lucky is i am fit and even if i eat that much my body does not accumulate fat to be stored in my body.

Hello pyre82 this is checkmail and have receied your response and am not stisfied with it.Since you are too young you must plant your future growth through doing regular morning exercises. Not too much but a little on regular basis.Yuo can ask your mom to wake you up early for a few day and later you will be able to get up on yourself, try it.And don't think that the fats are not accumulated in your body, its replacing the real muscles.Even if you stay active through out day you don't think you don't need any exercises.Without exercises and sound sleep the whole day is incomplete. Better try to getup early start with some exercises it will help you in some measures.Hope you will follow us all. Ok keep it up GoodLuck.

I personally love to sleep in...but a couple of times when I am awake early in the morning, I do like to work out. It does feel good in the morning. My problem is that I am a night owl and I love staying up late and sleeping in.

Hello dreame802 this is checkmail and have received your response but its not quiet satisfying.Because normally many of us here do online stuff till late night, but get up early and start with our day to day activities.Basically 7-8 hours sleep is enough for a person.Too much of sleeping and too much of late sleeping causes various problem in our health, as its affect iour next days routine.Try to change a bit, start sleeping early and waking early and also take someting with your exercises.Exercises are very important source of energy. Hope you could cope with your other problem. Good Luck

Wonderful checkmail...this is very good advice for late wakers....but its really very true, you get more energy to wotk whole day, you feel fresher, also your blood circulation and other body functions improve......i do Yoga regularly, though some days leave i take from it...but when i dont do it i understand how important they are to keep us fit. I do it at the convinience of my time, sometiems early ..sometiems late but do it. I feel that i all the youngesters should start it very early, so that they continue to live a happier and healthier life....some people neglect it thinking that when they will have problem then they will start...but they should know that its not a cure its prevention so better do it before you get a problem

I prefer to sleep long and hard, especially now that it is so cold in the mornings. I just pull two thick sheets over my butt and sleep and sleep. I know I ought to get up and warm up a bit. But I hate exercises. I know they are good for me and I like what exercises do to me; but uh..having to begin doing exercises...I detest that. Cheers and happy Mylotting

Hello positiveminded1977 this is checkmail and have received your response and have a query for you.Do you know peoples who cry out loud in fire blaze instead of extinguishing it with fire extinguisher.I think you get me right, its not a very good exuse to skip exercises or else will be sorry for it one day.Basically doing exercises in cold conditions also help in improving health much more better than in other conditions. And also avaoid sleeping more than the 7-8 hrs in 24 hours as it may make you lousy and lazy, it also do affect our health in some kind. Well try to change a bit for us. Keep it up. GoodLuck.

When I first wake up in the morning I prefer nothing but a hot mug of tea!! I love exercise though and I also love to sleep! I prefer to exercise in the evenings and I also prefer to wake up to natural daylight in the mornings rather than jumping up to the sound of a screaming alarm clock! It sounds like you have a good plan which you are sticking to though, if it works for you then that's great. I also love cycling and try to get out there as much as I can. Andrew

Good morning checkmail, I used to be a night owl and preferred sleeping in but never slept well. This year I have changed my whole routine following the idea that no matter what time you sleep you wake at the same time and don't go back to sleep, this then becomes early to rise, earlier to sleep, as one is actually tired and sleep improves. I do an hour of exercises each day for my neck and back and prefer to do them in the mornings. That way they are done and out of the way. Also now it is too hot to do them after early morning and makes them feel twice as hard. It is so good to finally have quality sleep and I think the exercises probably contribute to that too.

Hello thea09 this is checkmail and thanks for your response and appreciate coming forward with your difficulty.Well according to me sleeping is also a kind of exercise where body is in relaxed position giving rest to numerous organs to some extent. So Sleep must be taken enough as required , it is 7-8 hrs in 24 hours.Don't try to skip your sleep or else it willbe just overworkout or over stressed. And about exercises you can manage it in early morning or late in morning.Remember exercises are incomplete without sleep.so just keep on trying to balance your schedule well and all the problems with you will be solved. Keep up with your aim. GoodLuck

I like steady mornings.Ü I enjoy my breakfast + drink a nice, warm cup of coffee + check what's happening locally and throughout the globe via the Internet + go through my mail. I prefer to exercise in the afternoon, any time from 3PM to 6PM. At least when I do my workout at around this time, I'm pretty sure I'd burn most of the stuff that I ate during the day and I'm more certain that I won't eat so much after I workout because I'd be tired by that time.

Hello russo this is checkmail and thank you for the response. You are having a nice steady life going on, but what when to get a good job.Actually my point was that you should try to do your exercises daily inthe morning whether its late in morning. And must eat as much as possible in day time in order to stay healthy, you can avoid food at nights.Well the basic fact is that morning exercises are really beneficial for our health than the afternoon exercises mostly used for building muscles. So i think you are getting my point, expect you to change a little bit. Hope you could understand me. GoodLuck to you with exercises.

At the outset (without malice towards anyone) this particular discussion can be termed as small talk at best, for it is well known in the human domain that exercise of the body and the brain are complementary to each other so as to retain sync between the two. If not done, we will tend to become boring and most likely sick. An unexercised body tends to add undue weight unless deliberate efforts are made to overcome such tendencies. Barring those in the military services who regularly exercise in the mornings and play games in the evenings, others are not likley to have their evenings free. It therefore, is only natural that we find time, at least thirty minutes in the mornings prior to leaving our homes for the day, for taking whatever form of exercies we could take. But once started, we must religiously follow the regimen just as Dr Wayne Dyer (the contemporary writer philosopher) does, come rain, hail, snow or sleet. The results of such an activity are not hard to imagine. Happy exercising, then.
