I hate to wait

I hate waiting. A lot of my friends don't have car so when we want to meet up and go out I have to pick them up. I don't really mind but I don't like to wait for them when I have arrived on time. I informed them before I even step out from the house that I am leaving my house and on my way to pick him/her up. When I arrived it really spoils my mood if I still have to wait. I don't mean waiting for them to lock their door and come down. I mean have to wait for another 20minutes?? Eeee... really hate it! I have tried to tell them that I don't like waiting but it keeps on happening!

You are totally right mate. I too hate to wait. Especially when i have informed my friends earlier. Just today, I told my friend to come to a place. He told me he had already started from his home. His house is just 5 min walk to this place. Still he tool half an hour to reach the place. I ask him why and he tells me he had not started and told me a lie. I really feel like hitting them black and blue. At least he could have told me earlier so that i would not be expecting him. I really hate such time breakers kind of people.

It is the same thing when people keep telling you that they were on the way, all the time when you call. I hate that.

patience is my middle name... some say. Sometimes we just don't want to hurt our friend's feeling so we just have to let go. Sad.

YEs it mostly occurs .when we plans to go to some favourite place with our friends then one must inform our friends. but inspite of informing him they still ignore and doesn't do anything on time. this is really ridiculous.one must be punctual which reflects the sign of civilization.

it depends to me. if the time is not so urgent, i can wait. because when i'm waiting, i can do a lot of other things. such as thinking, reading, listening to radio, or watching the people passing by me,lol... and so on. but if the time is urgent, maybe i will fell angry,lol...but in fact, i know it's no use, so just to remind him / her to deal with it better next time.

Geee, you are so positive! Good. I used to do that while waiting for my boyfriend. But I guess I am not the kind of person who can wait. I will become agitated.

Boy, can I ever relate lol. I used to have a friend who was like that. I'm a prompt person, and she just never was...she was always keeping me waiting. So what I did after a while was to tell her I'd pick her up half an hour earlier than what I'd need to (and she'd actually be on time lol.) Then sometimes we'd set on, say 2 o'clock, and I knew she was going to be late (as usual), so I wouldn't show up on time either. Sometimes I'd call just before I left and ask if she was ready, when she'd say no then I'd tell her to call me when she was ready and I'd come and pick her up. Then let her wait for a while hahaha. I'm with you there on their habitual lateness being a mood spoiler.

if it's courtship stage, i can wait for her, even it takes an hour or so. but if someone else, i mean if someone like a friend or something, it's not fine with me. just like you, i get irritated and will change mood. if it has been set on the certain time, it should that. 10 minutes i guess will be fine but more than that is another thing.

Tell me about I hate to wait and can't stand people that are always late! I make it a policy in my company that anyone who is late should just not come back as i'm never late. I'm usually earlier than expected but never late.

It is ok to be a few minutes earlier or late for a few minutes, but more than half an hour is a turn off!

It is very wrog thing that we keep always someone waiting. It looks too bad.In india its new trend that bride and bridegroom will come late .They will come after invited people.Sometimes most of the people leave without having dinner in the reception.they feel angry.i realy hate to be late.

Fashionably late: bride, bridegroom, VIPs, Ministers, Celebrities... hmm...
