E-mail scams coming out of foreign countries

United States

I am getting tired checking my e-mail account only to see e-mails telling me that I have won some big jackpot or somebody has passed away in Nigeria and has left me millions of dollars, and lately I've been getting a new one coming from Iraq from people saying they are soldiers who have come across large sums of money. And want my help in getting it back to the United States and I'm sure I'm not the only one that gets these e-mails, and you think the complaints that YAHOO has received that they would put some type of filter to catch these e-mails. I sure wish there were something we could do about it.

As i know, if they put how to unsubscribe the email or newsletter on the nd of the email, then Yahoo do not consider those email as spam, you see. Although Yahoo filtered them, they will still go through.I think. Ciaoo.

You would think going through a filter they would be able to detect that it came from a foreign country. And this would alert them that it was possibly a scam letter I enjoy talking to people from all around the world through programs like my lot. But I think there should be a way that we could report the scam e-mails. So they could shut the IP address off

And it's not just foreigners it is the Internet marketers to seems like every time I research online. For information, I find myself at a website that says that he'll tell me everything I need to know. All I got to do is put in my e-mail address and name to have instant access to all the information only to find out on the next page that he's going to sell me the information. But by then it's too late I have already gave him my e-mail and name. And no quicker than leaving the website. I find e-mails from him trying to sell me all his programs, and soon afterwords. I find e-mails from people I've never even opt in to. He sells my name and e-mail address. That's real scum

I get two or three of these scam emails every day. I just laugh at them and delete them as being spam. The sad thing is that some people do fall for these scams and the authorites need to do more to bring these scam artists to justice.

Yes I get so many of them. Now, that I just delete all the e-mail I just glanced at it to see if I recognize any of it and you're right that authorities need to do something about it. I have a friend whose neighbor is 63 years old, who made the mistake responding to them scam e-mails. Somehow, they were able to get enough information to clean him out and longer lives next to my friend. The authorities were unable to save his house it's pretty sad when people turn to doing things like that
