I am not U.S. citizen, not holding a visa, not living in U.S.. But when I need to sign up in those sites that in U.S. base are asking me for Tax I.D. I want to be an affiliate to those programs but What will I do, I don't understand about the Tax I.D. that they are asking for me.. Is it true that I need it even though I am not in U.S. or I am not a U.S. citizen because I need it for having an activity in U.S.?.. I am confusing. I don't know what are those U.S. activities.. I need your help pls..

So if you refer to some affiliate programs which are opened to non us citizens you must skip the field or put none because you come from a foreign country so you cannot have an id tax as in us!!As regards tax for yoru country it depends about law so in many cases seeing the online earning you must not pay taxes due o the amount which they are not high!!If you can't skip the passage or the company you want join affilitian program will say to yu that you are not eleigible if you don't hav a valid id tax based in us so is equal to say that you are not eligible fo that program becaus eyou are not a us citizen!!

so ok!!the question is your afilliate program allow international members too?if yes you must remember you will earn just from buyers coming from us and so this can be a limitation anyway..if the program allow international members but it is us based they ask the tax id because must declare about the affiliate in the us states but they can't the same for international members which they normally must respect different laws than us and so on..so as i told if they allow international members you can submit the form for the affiliation and so you must write your country you are resident and in the tax id you can put none..when they approve to you, website and so on..they will give you the final decision if you are suitable as affiliate or not!!So if you earn 90$ from this i guess you must not declare for it in your country too it is low amount to be taxed everywhere i guess!!
