I've always been intrigued with astral projection. Anybody had experiences before in astral travelling? Can you share your experiences or methods in doing astral travel

There are two main methods, at least in my society, used to achieve astral travel. The first method is by invoking the help of invisible beings. The second is by utilizing the power of the mind. Being assisted by invisible beings can be said as more common. The main reason being is that almost anyone prepared to do whatever is necessary or required can travel to other places while the physical body remains at home. Not many people can achieve astral travel using the power of the mind alone. The main framework is you have to start from the beginning, which involves relaxation techniques. The main aim is to get into a very deep relaxation state, where you become oblivious to your surroundings. Only after reaching this state can the next step be attempted. To many people in my society the first method is relatively easier than the second. I did not mention spiritual people because they have different intentions, even though they may do almost the same thing as those in the first category. Astral travel can be dangerous if attempted on your own. For example you may not be able to return home. You may meet other beings which can be naughty, and try to mislead you. Worse, you may be tempted to do unethical things like observing someone in the bathroom. Be cautious.
