Good Music..........What's your favorite?

When listening to the radio these days it seems they play the same songs over and over again. I get so sick of listening to the same music or music the sounds just like the song that went off. Then CD's are just the same...........where has all the good music gone?
What is your favorite type of music to listen too?
How often do you pull out old CD's or download old songs that you love still today?

I like music but I am not a music lover so I don't usually download or play music on my player. I used to listen on what is available for the day. I also observe that on the radio. Anyway its okay with as I've said I'm not that music lover. I know how to appreciate music and listen to them.

I don't really listen to the radio anymore, i just add my favorite music to my Ipod. Like this i can choose what i listen to =) (I listen mostly to rock and rnb)

To me it seems radio stations play the songs over and over so much you get tired of listening to them,so I like to listen to my cds classic rock and pop songs are good I love Ozzy and the Eagles.I love alot of different music I am just a music nut I guess.Have a great day.

I bust out my old cd's and downloads just about everyday; as a matter of fact, I still break out my cassette tapes, know what I'm talkin about?! The radio is so over saturated with pure watered down garbage! I started a discussion like this a while ago, and I had a very good response as well! I'm an old head, love old school music, Real Hip Hop, R&B, Funk, Disco, Blues, Rock, Motown Classics; mainly from the 60's through the mid 90's! Some of the stuff after that era is good, but the majority is just outrageously whack!!

I know what you mean. The music they play on the radio - ESPECIALLY those "Top 40" radio stations or anything that plays "hit music" - is SOOOO redundant. I can listen to it probably for about half an hour straight before going crazy. When I get bored with radio music, I usually just listen to my ipod or a mix CD that I made, which has a mixture of punk, classic rock, random pop, and whatever else in it. I just need variety and music with meaning! At least occasionally.

I dont listen much on radio,i had my favorite songs played thru cd's,i had big files of cd...all my favorite songs.
I love love songs,and my favorite is Barry Manilow =)

Yes, listening to radios gets boring some times. I have a collection of CDs. I lke listening to classical music, Chopin, Mozart, Brahms, Beethove, Strauss. It is very relaxing to listen to classical music after a long day at work. I also have a collection of oldies too, some of my favorites, Doris day, Bing Crosby, Frank Sinatra.
