Okay why is it that you can change a toddlers or babies diaper and minutes later they poop in it??? I go through more diapers this way. Do you think they do it on purpose?

Yeah I guess. Some baby logic!!! That and you know when they are pooping cus they stop everything and get that serious look. Mines two and I caught him next to the bathroom doing that so I went and threw him on the potty...but he wouldn't poop any more up there...put a clean diaper back on...five minutes later...stinky...errr.

My boys did and my youngest still does do that. I think of it as a baby's version of Murphy's Law.

Murphy's Law lol. Nah, not on purpose, if that was the case we'd be able to potty train them a lot sooner. Try timing it better, do they go a certain time after a bottle/feeding? Or, look at it this way, if it's a fairly full p p diaper, the poop is more likely to leak out. So, you may have saved yourself a complete clothing change :)

Yeah that darned Murphys law... Yeah I sometimes think he's ready to potty train. He just is fighting it right now! And no there is no timinging on it. I've tried to look for paterns. But nope. I wish! I just had to wait till my daughter was ready on her own to train her...then there was no work she just wanted to do it and did.

My son and i are dealing with a lot of that lately. He's being rather resistant to potty training, he goes no problem when he gets up there, he just would prefer not to say anything and mess himself. o_O It's really getting quite old lol... i'm so ready to do away with diapers. XD That'll be a grand day.

Yupp same here. He just doesn't want to go up there all the time. Its like a game he doesn't always want to play...errr that irks me but hey they are kids right. We fought the other day. He was starting to poop. Put him up there. He stopped and wouldn't go...started to climb down then pooped on the way down (trainer seat on the big toliet) and smeared poop the whole way down and on the floor!!! YIKES! so that was fun to clean up!

LOL, my son used to do that and it would drive me nuts esp if he had pants on that were hard to get on or had a million snaps. maybe its more comfortable to poop in a fresh diaper.
