Robert Downey Jr. is Sherlock Holmes?

Well, who could have portrayed it better. Robert Downey Jr. is just about the hottest actor after his stint as Iron Man. I had never been so excited. Sherlock Holmes had been a life-long favorite. I had seen the preview and I know I'm going gaga over RDJ again.

I'm excited to see RDJ in the new Sherlock Holmes movie. He is one of my favourite actors, and I've liked him for years. (He's also quite the musician!) I think he'll be great as Sherlock Holmes.

He is a musician? You must be kidding me. Ooops, no. I believe it entirely. A believable actor like RDJ sure have some hidden talent. (That's news to us, this part of the world). Anyways, does he sing or does he play some instrument. RDJ is just swooning with intelligence, doesn't he?

He sings and plays piano. I remember first seeing him perform on an episode of Ally McBeal years ago, and I thought he was amazing. Such a talented guy.

I must admit that the new Sherlock Holmes movie interests me partly to see how Downey interprets the legendary character. Having watched many of the older Sherlock Holmes movies starring Basil Rathbone it's obvious that Downey's version will not only look different but will have many different characteristics.
I probably wouldn't have chosen Downey myself to play Sherlock but would have chosen Jude Law or Ed Norton to take on the role.

Jude Law is a good actor, too. I still have to make my acquaintance with Ed Norton, I'm sorry. Could you give me a film where he appeared. I will watch it and tell you if I like him as an actor or not. But RDJ is like Gary Oldman, very versatile and dashing without really trying. I am excited.

He would be a really interesting choice for that part. I think that he would play him convincingly and really well. I just like Robert Downey Junior as a n actor and think there would probably be no one better to play Mr. Holmes. I will be sure to watch that movie because I think it will be abig sucess and one that people happy.
