Do you wear spectacles

I wear spectacles. I have been wearing them since my college days. I started with spectacles when I noted that I couldn't see things written on the blackboard. Now, I wear it for reading , for driving. I don't think I want to change to contact lenses. I am very comfortable with the spectacles. I do have to change the power once in a while.

My boyfriend wears spectacles and I find him very classic with that, he has been wearing it for some 10 years now and even I am getting use of it since the past 3 years. I often tease him for wearing that and now I think it is my turn to wear one as I am getting some sight problems. He says when his specs will break he will wear contact lenses, well I am okay with either the specs or the contact lenses with him. It will not change anything for me.

I have to wear glasses to see in 3D and to read. I want to wear contact lenses but apparently I cannot yet. Maybe someday I will be able to get contacts.

Hi TK5013!! I rarely wear spectacles..Still now condition of my eyes are good and so spectacles are not compulsory for me.... But I look a bit serious with spectacles,so I wear it sometimes,specially when I need to look like that way.

I have worned glasses since my early 20's but only for distance. So I need them for driving, theater, movies, TV. I will continue with glasses till I die because the thought of putting a lens or anything else for that matter in my eye is too scary. Can't do it!
