many people, besides men and women, children and adults, often do exercises sometime per day.some people do morning exercises for they believe morning is more fit for exercises, they also think morning is a good time for shaping muscle.nevertheless, the others would choose night time for exercises for they insist night exercises haven't negtive effect to job,and they could got a sweet sleeping after exhausted exercises.so,which side should we support? For me,I think both sides are not wholly right or scientific.I must tell you the main target of doing exercises is to be more healthy.thus, you should choose morning or night as your physical training time according to your own situation.and the air quality is an important fact that should be take into account when you are doing a training. You had better not to take exercises close to a road with many cars or trucks running back and forth.what is your exercise story?

i generally exercise in the late afternoon or early evening, an hour before the sun sets. i dont really like waking up so early in the morning, so i go later in the day. plus, by doing it in the evening, i dont have to feel tired the rest of the day. doing it in the morning makes me feel sweaty and dirty.

Good discussion to start my friend. All the people have different views and are divided differently on this topic whether we should exercise in the morning or in the evening.I myself prefer to do the exercise early in the morning .It is because, the air is fresh in the morning and thus doing exercise in the morning keeps us energetic all the day, fill us with the thrill and keep us afresh all the day.this is my view.In the evening I go the gym and do some light exercises for keeping myself fit. But I am not saying that it is always good to have exercisesin the morning only.It basically depends on the time that we can give to it -whether morning, eafternoon or in the evening.Anytime done but atleastdone is very important to keep us physically and mentally fit. Some eary-risersdo it in the morning, those who dont find time to do it in the morning due to sleep or due to work do it in the evening and the students find a good mix of doing the exercises in the school playing sports in the school like cricket, basketball or soccer. Happy mylotting

I agree with both times because in the morning it those make your blood circulate and it makes you feal energiesed and at night after a long days you can get all your strees out. At this moment I don't have an exercise rutin since I don't have time with my kids and my husband. But before I got together with my husband I used to go every other day to the park to either walk around or run before going to work and on other day I would go on night but especialy after a long extresful day. Now I do need time for my self to exercise but at the same times runing around during arens, cleaning, cooking, and runing after my one year old is good exercise. I guess time really those not matter as long as we do something good for our health. And if we find the right time for us its even better.

I like to exercise in the morning. I find this is when I have the most energy, as I am fresh from waking up. I used to try and workout in the evening after my classes and such, but I just did not have the energy for it then, and would have other things that I would want to do instead. So I keep my workouts to the morning, and then I feel accomplished and am ready to take on the day ahead of me.

i have read a new development about exercises. according to studies, if there was a time that would be best for having an exercise, it would be around 3-4pm. that is the time when your body is most active. however, let me give emphasis that it doesn't really matter what time you exercise. it is the frequency and regularity of these exercise that is most important. for best results a person should exercise at least 3-4 times a week. one could do that in the morning or the evening, it doesn't really matter. the more you exercise, the more active your body gets. however, if you must exercise in the night, makes sure that you DO NOT exercise 2 hours prior to sleeping. it would be harder for you to sleep since your body is still highly active. in my case, i usually exercise 5 times a week and in the morning. i love doing it in the morning because usually the weather is great and the air is so fresh. my hobby is biking and it's how i regularly exercise. it's great to do biking before the sun is up. it's really a very rejuvenating sport. :-)

I get up early every morning and do exercise by 6 am. This seems to rev. me up for the rest of the day. Exercise goes fast and easy in the morning ,besides people are home at night .

I do exercise mostly at night. It is because I have no time in the morning because I am busy preparing myself to go to work. I haven't spend long time in exercise, only for several minutes. What exercises I usually do are dumbels lifting, push ups and shadow boxing. I want to keep my body fit, specially the mucles on my arms. Lol! Having exercises at night made me easier to sleep. Happy myLotting!

if peoples jobs are too physical i really don't think its best to do it at night and you probably get all the exercise you need at your job. it would be good for people who sit mostly at their job. morning exercise would probably be best as long as you had nothing that physical to do later on in the day.

I prefer having exercise in the morning because I enjoy the rest of the night watching television and eating. I and my husband do not really exercise because we are both busy at work and we tend to play more often with our son. Anyway I agree that there is really no best time to do exercise but it depends on which time are you comfortable.

that would highly depend on my schedule...since my shift at work often changes from time to time...so sometimes I never have a choice with when to exercise...i guess since i got use to it being that way, that it doesn't bother me anymore with what time of the day I exercise. But I usually enjoy evening exercise with my girlfrind...hehehe

Personally, I think working out in the morning is good because working out can help relieve stress and gets the blood flowing and helps to give you energy while at the same time depending on how hard you work out... after a long day at work or school and then if you work out it can probably help you relax before bed. I've done both I prefer a good morning workout to get by day going. HAHA so I guess really it just depends on what you prefer.

Depending on where we live. If we live in the countryside, then a good time to do the exercise in the morning and at night is not problematic. In the morning and at night it is good to do sports activities. If we live in a city that was full of air pollution, smoke from the vehicle and factory smoke. So the time is right to do sports activities, is in the morning, because the air in the morning are still fresh and has not been mixed with the smoke of vehicles and factory smoke. At night, is not a good time to do sports activities, because the air is still filled with smoke pollution from vehicle and factory smoke.

I'm a freshman.I hold the view that doing exercises at night time is better. Because the air quality is an important fact that I take into account. many people belive the air in the morning is fresher.but I think trees and glasses need time to absorb the co2 in the air. if you get up too early, there must be a lot of co2 in the air.it is bad for your health.while at night about 10:30,the playground is quiet and the air is cool.you will enjoy yourself if you jog in the playground.

Me personally I like to do sports in the mid-night. for example, play basketball at 2 o'clock in the morning. Nobody watching u, just me and my basketball.
