I got to know this simple yet useful info. Take a look at your car dashboard. You should notice that the fuel icon is either on the left or right of your dashboard. If its on the right, that means your car fuel cover is on your right and vise versa. So, no need for you to look over your window to c which side to fuel. Now we know.tada..

Actually, the way the needle points is the side your gas cap is on. If it points to the left, it's on the left.

Hmm..that's more logical. I just wonder what happens if the info is all in digital format without any needle but LED or LCD bars to indicate fuel level. How do we know the location of the fuel cap? :) Something to think about.

Thanks for the information. I have never thought about this before. It's quite useful so that next time when we want to pump petrol, we can easily know which side to pump.
