i seen a show about this dude beat his g/f. things like this upset me. to me a guy who hits a female isnt nothing but a punk and bully. if it was my sister or my daughter, even any female i know and a dude hit her it's on so how do you feel about males hitting on females ? i know in some countries they allow this to happen. but like i said they aren't nothing but punks and bullies, come and hit on me once. my brother made the mistake of beating his ex and i allow him to handcuff me like he did her, except i let handcuff my hands behind my back, let say i wasn't the one picking myself up off the ground. how do you feel about females being abuse ?

if a man beat a woman, it would be unforgiveable. no excuse for this action. i have not seen female being abuse in my life, but i really heard a news saying even in the UK almost 10000 women were abused inside their family, it was really shocking to me. you can imagine there would be more women in romote or poor area of the world are being abuse by their husbands or boyfriends. really sad. if i can do something to help these women i would like to do.

Thank you! I wish you had been around when I needed some defending! But then again I never let anyone know what was going on. (until of course I had to put my hair back for work and they saw the bruises!) Its nice to know that guys like you and my current husband are still around!! You are wonderful! God bless!

I'm a female. I think it is completely and totally wrong for a man to beat or hit, or abuse a woman in anyway. It's disgusting, and cowardice. Too me, and I can't really back this up, a man who hits his woman, can't, won't, or doesn't fight another man who's standing up for the woman... They wimp out, maybe because they aren't strong or tough enough to stand up to another man? I don't like fighting either way. Unless it's on an army game.

I am a female, and my ex did do this to me. I was so scared of him, and he threatened to hurt my family and all sorts. In the end i went to the police about it, and now ive left him and will hopefully never see him again! It was a very bad point in my life, but thankfully over now! I think it is so totallu wrong! And the amazing thing is, every single woman who has been abused will tell you the same things that have happened to them. ALL abusive men work in the same way with similar mental outlooks on it. I went to a group with several other women who had experienced the same thing. We could all relate to each other. So i think all men who can do that should be locked up and the key thrown away, and they definatly deserve to be beat back! So they know how it feels!

Hello syankee525, I also have similar sentiments with you and the majority of the posters here at myLot, who absolutely abhor the idea and prevalence of female abuse in our society. Although it is indeed a repulsive and shocking thing, it is actually quite rife, especially in developing countries - I have even seen the unfortunate ramifications of such brutal and belligerent behavior. Off the bat I would like to categorically state that nobody has the right to beat up on someone else, more so on females. This is because I think as males who are physically stronger than their female counterparts on average, we should use this extra brute not to terrorize them and make them live in fear, but to nurture and protect them from such gruesome situations. As somebody who grew up with a younger sister, the mere thought of any other young man, thinking that he is so high and mighty, that he has the right to even lay a finger on my sister will seriously need to contact the nearest lawyer to sort his will out. I have no tolerance for such slackness, and I am glad that my society is now raising awareness of this social ill which if left unchecked can lead to the decay of the moral fiber of society. Even more pleasing are the establishment of centers which can assist women in such dire circumstances, and the recent spate of women standing up for their rights and demanding better treatment or justice from their attackers. In synopsis, women are blessings which should be nurtured and cared for - not pushed, shoved, kicked or punched around. Make love, not war! :) Thanks for sharing and happy myLotting!

Hello, I came from a country that male beat a female, especially husband beats up his wife. I hate to see it but it happens almost everywhere in my country. The government try to put out a law on this abuse (family abuse). Now, it doesn't happen much but it still going on for some how. mostly when the wife wants to say something to the husband then the husband doesn't like it, he jumps on her right the way.... he doesn't care how the lady is. to me, it make me mad and just want to chop him piece by piece, or beat him up the same way he beat his wife, just want to show him how it hurt and how it feels. Most men in my country don't really care what is going on at all, all they know is they are right even they are wrong. One thing that they always state is "they are going to get the money and you stay home doing nothing"... well, I dont believe in this at all... even we are staying home but there are a lot of work at home too... cooking, clean up the house, take care the kids, laundry and much much more. well, every time I talk about this I feel so mad and just want to jump on one of them now :)

Well,in my country its happens thousand times.Every day at least one women is abuse or rapped. So its not new.But good thing is at least you protest it.I think man and women should get 50-50 priority. Then this kind of problem can be solved. And women should also protest against it and know there proper rights.

I would definitely call the cops to have this dude arrested.there is no forgiveness for this.beating women is a punished-for-life crime.these men who do this are coward.I would like to see these men get beaten also so they can feel what they did to females they hit.I would like them to suffer more.

first off beating anyone is not right, however having said that, this goes for females too. do not throw the first punch unless you are fully willing to be hit back. no one likes to be hit, however if you hit someone and they hit you back then you deserve. having said that, i would love for some punk to think that he could beat on me, he or she would be very sorry indeed. i would whup their as*, and even if i get hit and injured in the process, trust and believe that i shall defend myself with all that i have got.

Statistics had proven that the percentage of women being hit by their lovers have increased. That is totally unacceptable. A man being the dominant gender does not entitled him to hurt someone else. I do think that it is proper to show people abusing women. Hearing it is already detestable, how much more if you see it.

That just makes me sick. Any guy who beats a woman isnt a guy at all. Abusing females just isnt right even if they knock you out you still dont hit a woman it is just WRONG.

When a man abuses a woman its usually because they are a bully and a coward. They know they could not do this to a guy and get away with it. They have low self esteem and feel that hitting a woman gives them power. Its totally disgusting when a man either abuses either mentally or physically. Women the first time a man hits you get out of the relationship because its only going to get worse.

I think it is simple. Any men hitting a woman is not a man. I definitely would love to see these people get serious punishments for hitting women. I really cannot understand why one earth will a man hit a woman he loves. I mean if you don't love her anymore, you can just leave. Hitting women can never be accepted.

Anyone who abuses a female is insecure and knows that a woman has a far less chance of being able to put up a fight. My girlfriend and I have gotten into fight bad enough that things have been broken(picture frame, part of a door) but never have either of us hit the other. I broke a picture frame once out of anger, but there is nothing that would make me hit her in anyway.
