I have been wanting this hamburger from Ruby Tuesdays for so long but I made a mistake and either told them the wrong hamburger . If you have tried the smokehouse burger at Ruby Tuesdays it is soooooo good well I got the wrong burger I did not check by the way this was to go . So I am at home ready to eat my hamburger and I see no cheese , no onions, no barbecue sauce. I am very disappointed I really wanted that hamburger well I have to try again and I dont eat out much at all. Should I report that !

If it was their mistake, most definitely; if yours, follow your conscience. When has happens to me, I will usually call the telephone number on rhe receipt first to explain what happened and then I return to have the situation corrected. Remaining calm and none accusatory is very important. Next time, check your order at the window, especially if it is something that you have been craving because these are the orders that are highly likely to be wrong (Murphy's Law).

Thanks, Normally if I do have a complaint I am nice about it. I know we all make mistakes!

Not if your not sure if it was you or not, in fact it probably wouldn't do any good if you did! I'm an old guy and see the service going down hill over the last 10 years, the quality of the help now a days is a big problem in the USA! People wonder what the future will bring, I don't think it's going to be pretty! If I get something to go anymore I've learned to check it before I leave! tdemex

I decided to just wait another time when I go out and just make sure I get the right one. I had a friend she seemed to report every complaint and the company would mail her free pizza and she would complain about the movies and they would give her a free movie pass . Sometimes I would be so embarassed because I felt she would find fault everywhere she went on purpose. I just thank God I can get a hamburger!
