Filipinos, Do you believe that our president will extend her term?

It has been a huge issue in our country. The charter change that was approved is said to be made to extend GMA's term. GMA should give chance to others. The filipinos are against him. So she should step down once his term ends!

I don't know. She made good things and bad things. But In my opinion, she should not extend her term because she have been proved to be a liar.

Yeah, she should step down once her term ends. Our country doesn't need her anymore. We want a President that we can trust.

Well I guess if their plan to change the constitution would push through it would give her chance to extend her term. There is also another side of plan that would mean that she would run for Congress and if the change of government will push though she can vie for the position of prime minister which means she can extend her term legally under the new form of government. Well, there are many ways indeed to make her stay in power legally. But I do believe that she should now start to stop aspiring for a higher position. She already got what she wants being the president of this country and the present constitution dictates that her terms ends by 2010 and should respect that.
