n your own perspectives, how should student manage the stress they get from school works?

I have always found it interesting to connect the stuff learned at colleges to the real life. This way it remains an interesting domain and thereby we comprehend very easily all the concepts. Stress comes when you do not understand something even after making a lot of efforts to understand it. Nowadays, there is a lot of homework given to young kids who are no less that child labourers. Parents, in a rush to heighten their prestige educate their children at the best of the schools which force them to study hard and do not let time do any other activity which is of fun to them. Most schools teach the students to memorise the concepts and reproduce them in the examinations. But as they get older the syllabus is vast and cannot be memorised. This is a period when they get stressed out. The best way I feel it to teach them to learn the concepts right from the early age and not just memorise them. This will help in the later ages to come. When I was in my last days in school I'd friends who had not yet given up on memorising things. They would literally memorise the whole book! So it was a year long study routine for them and for people like me it was a day's work.

Well, I'm a college student and I'm carrying a couple jobs and working hard at studies, so I know very much how important it is to be able to handle stress in life. Students need to deal with stress just like everyone else needs to deal with stress. The most important thing, I think, is to make sure to leave time every day for "me". "Me" time is very important. Give at least half an hour to an hour of every day to sit back and relax and doing something you like to do. Write, read, play video games, hang out with a family member, take a long bath, go for a walk. Whatever helps you to wind down and relax at the end of the day, set aside some time to make sure to do that because it will really help with stress. I also recommend trying some stress relief programs. I started doing yoga during my freshman year and I found that I really enjoyed it and it did really help me relax and got rid of a lot of my stress.

not only student all peopel need stress management!! for student its simple just give their faouraite thim like video games!! they forget about all stress!!
