I guess the average time wait at fast food joint such as McDonald, Burger king is around 5 minutes, from the moment the cashier accept your order, and you received your receipt. if the line is long, it might be around 10 to 15 minutes waiting. If it is over 25 minutes of waiting, that is outrageous. I had waited for my Angus burger and a chicken sandwich for over 30 minutes. And it was at the drive through. The guy told me to pull over to the side, so the next in line can come up to pick his order. I just can't be patient at the car anymore. I had to walk rigt in and ask why. After another 6 to 8 minutes waiting inside, they just got my order. Can you believe this? It can't be a fast food restaurant.

It really is not good for you to rush your food like this my dear, you need to give yourself much longer to let your food digest. Also it is not good for you to get cross whilst you are eating or that will give you more problems digesting your food properly. You should really try making a packed lunch at home and taking it out with you so you can eat it slowly and let it digest properly.

That is outrageous. I think you go to a fast food restaurant to get food-fast. It should not be longer than 10 minutes,(sometimes even quicker) because there isn't much to consider while making fast food meals. The drive-thru should only take 7 minutes tops because the drive-thru is supposed to be first priority. What you should do next time is call the number on the window and talk to a customer service representative about it and they will send you a gift certifcate in the same amount that you paid for the meal so that techinically it is free. I have had this problem with Mcdonald's and Jack in the Box. But lately, it seems that Mcdonald's is the fastest (in Seattle, at least). They have friendly people at the window and your food is usually ready by the time you get from the first window to the second. The amount that you waited was waay too much. I probably would have called the customer service number while i was there. you should also save your receipt so that you can see the time the receipt was printed to the time it took them to get you your food. That way, you have evidence that you are not just trying to get a free meal. I'm sorry that it took that long.
