same tune/rythem with different types of music instruments

hi mylot friends, have you hear the same tune/rhythm in different types music instruments like guitar,clarinet,saxophone,accordion,mouthorgan,electric guitar,harmony,piano,flute and violin,any body have tried to compose music like this?

Are you asking if we have ever taken a slong we liked and reproduced it as 1) a new composition or 2) as a new arrangement that uses different instrumentation?

I think I understand now. You are saying a song where someone is singing and then redo the song only with instruments?

I love music, and yes, have heard the same song played on a variety of instruments. I love to try to composing my own sometimes using the piano/keyboard. Canon in D and Silent Night are equally beautiful played on piano or guitar.
