Two African Land snails. I imagine she felt quite sorry for them. I don't think she intended to buy pets there. She, her husband and children went out to a pet shop to buy homes for them. I was very surprised to hear from my mum she had got some pets. I guessed a rabbit and a guinea pig, a hamster, two gerbils, two mice, two rats or a tortoise. I was wrong though. I hope to see her African Land snails tomorrow.

lol i was the sister who was getting strange pets... i used to have rats, and how thrilled was my brother when they got babies lol...

Hey max, what are African Land Smails? What is their attraction as a pet? I have been to several similar types af sales, here called garage, or car boot sales, but I naven't seen anything like snails for sale.

I've actually never heard of African Land snails. I'm not a really big fan of snails because they remind me of earthworms, for some reason. Actually, I don't think my sister has ever bought anything that unexpected. Well, I don't think she's bought anything unexpected at all. I guess I might not be thinking about it too much...
