so i've been not feeling great lately. my head was really itchy, and i keep getting headaches when i scratch it. i've also had a rash all over my arms and legs (just little red bumps, not hives or anything i could find exact pictures of on the internet). so my mom kept telling me that it wasn't lice. i finally looked up pictures of lice on the internet, and it turns out that my mom's life experience wasn't worth much. i am infested with lice! but the question is: did it cause my rash or do i have something else to worry about too? i don't have enough money to go to the doctor, so if anyone has a clue i would appreciate any help!

If you work/spend time in an environment where you are likely to get re-infested, make sure you have a special fine-toothed "nit comb". Its not good to use the lotion as a preventative treatment because it could lose its effectiveness. If you put a generous amount of conditioner on you hair and then comb it through thoroughly from the scalp you should be able to remove any eggs that are clinging to your hair.

You don't have to go to the doctor. You can purchase lice removal products at the local pharmacy. You may need to buy two bottles so you'll have enough to put on your body too. It should do the trick, just follow the included instrctions.
