If you decided to sign up for XBox Live, NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. I have spent that last month fighting with them, because I made the mistake of entering my credit card information, and now (even though I entered a 3 month XBox Live code) they have suspended my account, and want me to spend another $20.00 so I can have 6 months. This is just warning to anyone else so you don't have to put up with the mess that I had to tonight (4 hours of my life that I will never get back).

You really have to call up during the day, and if you get Frank from India, tell them you want to talk to someone in the United States. That is the only way that you will get any help. It also helps if you file a complaint with the BBB. After I did both of those, I had no problems at all.

im afraid I've never heard any thing like that, the only problem I've had with xbox live is the terrible 24 hour help line, did you play the 3 months you had or did you only enter the code in?

Hi Xrtc, we finally got it figured out last week. Once I got a hold of someone in the United States, it got much better. I would NEVER recommend calling their support line in what ever country they are in. Your best bet is to call and ask to speak with someone in the states, they are the only ones that can help you. It took almost a week to this taken care of, but finally I got it done.

I'm sorry but I have to do this following response... "Lol-XBox" The correct answer was "PS3", the gameshow judges would have also accepted "Highpowered Desktop Computer"... yea. Okay, done with that. Sorry you ended up in that situation. I'll have to keep it in mind in case I end up with a Y-Box720 and try signing up for lol-live. Heh heh. Thanks for sharing.
