I have neuropathy caused from the discs in my spine pressing on nerves. I get tingling in my arm and hand. This can get very painful and makes my left arm very weak. Do you have this and if so what do you do for it?

I would try Yoga, that is what I do for mine, you can watch an Yoga exercise program on TV. I have tried several medications and they all have such bad side effects that I can't take them.

Yoga helped me a lot too but ultimately I had to have some work done on my spine to relieve the pressure on the nerves.

I have had numbness and tingling in my arms for years, but the doctors could not figure out what was causing it. It does hurt really bad sometimes too. It does not happen as much now as it did before, but it can really be annoying sometimes. Especially when I do things like spend a lot of time on myLot like I am today.

I have it in my feet an hands sometimes when I sleep, I use a wheelchair to do my shopping because I can't walk a long ways without pain in my feet and legs. I have the pain at night and through out the day. They swell and itch on the inside where I can never get satified if I scratch on the outside of my feet. It's something that I have to live with along with my FMS. I hope you get some kind of help maybe some kinda of light yoga to stretch the muscles a little might help? Good luck. :)

I have a herniated disk from an auto accident. It's in my lower back and used to cause a lot of pain, mostly in my lower back and hips. I went to a chiropractor who uses a device called the disc pump. The device separates the vertibrae, causes suction and the disc is drawn back in. Takes a lot of treatments and not covered by all insurances, but it was totally worth it for me!
