I prefer to respond to questions on Mylot rather than initiate a discussion. Not sure why this is. Which are you and why?

Hi Polly289, I think we are both same on this one. I also chose to give a responses then starting a new discussion. There is a lot of hassle to start a discussion. You have to think what topics you want to bring it up and check weather this discussion has been post or not. If its been posted before, your discussion will be deleted any all your earning from there will be deducted. Starting a discussion also need you to spend more time on that. You have to come back frequently to see if there is a response that you need to comment. Leaving a response without a comment will make a bad impression to you from your responder. Giving a responses is much easier. You just scroll down on all topics and look for a topic that interest you. There is a lot of topics that we can choose. And we didn't have to come back frequently to see if there is any other responses that we have to comment. Happy mylotting and have a nice day.

Funny you should say that. I truly didn't give the "has this question been posed before", any thought. Guess it hasn't because here you all are.

Repeated discussion will most probably deleted. It is stated on guidelines. And don't get surprise if you see your earning decrease. That is from deleted discussion or response that you have made.

I much rather like to respond than to start a discusion. My native language is not English and it´s difficult for me to put my thoughts into words in such a way that it wouyld make people want to answer it. When I post, I always get few answers, even if I have many friends. I is also difficult for me to rate answers so many times I just put a plus in a very good answer. Happy posting

Well, my first language is, obviously, English and, I have to say, you're doing very well indeed. I'd love to be able to parley in another language. It would be so cool. Don't be afraid to ask questions or say anything just because you think noone will understand. In the main I think the point gets across.

There are rarely things I really want to begin discussing. I love the interaction on the Lot, though, and respond to as many posts as I can within my limited time.

Agree totally, I've been away for quite some time and I find it interesting that there is still plenty to be talked about. I simply decided today that I was going to start a discussion and see how it went from there.

Hi there, well giving response to any discussion is much easier for me. There are numbers of topics available every single seconds that passed. You just have to select which topic you can give any comment or topic that you can relate. I also post discussion but not always sometimes in a day i dont write any discussion. It depends if i have something to share or something special happen to me. Till here, hope i answered you, enjoy here Keep on mylotting.
