Should the 10th standard public exam in schools across India be abolished?

It was hearening to see the number of guests that night when the Hon.minister went on stage to take and respond to questions on whether the 10th std. exams should be removed. The overwhelming response to support this made me think why this wasn't introduced earlier as it is in Europe. Do you support this initiative?
