I make it a point to delete all unnecessary mails in my mailbox everyday. I too get a lot of emails which are absolutely worthless and if I keep them there for a day, I'll have over a hundred to delete the next day, so I make it a point to delete them everyday.

I do, but the problem with eating onions is that it leaves a very bad breath, and this has to be compensated by chewing a chewing gum. You're right, it does have a lot of medicinal benefits and like onions, most other bitter vegetables have similar characteristics.
