Hi friends, I love sushi, and my favorite is salmon temaki, dragon roll, and Philadelphia roll. As we know that sushi is usually topped with raw fish. Some of my friends don't ever want to try eating sushi because they know about the raw fish toppings and they said it's disgusting. What about you? Do you like sushi? Or you think sushi is disgusting? If you like sushi, what is your favorite?

When I hear your story, it seem very delicious. Maybe I must try it some day, that is an expensive food? If yes, I think I can not buy it, my money is not enough to buy something that's is not my primary needs. :(

I like it, but I have to be in the mood for it, so I don't know much about it. I know I like the california roll. I don't however like the seaweed. The raw fish actually isn't bad, it's very flavorful. What is in a philadelphia roll, that's one I have never heard of. I don't think people should say something is disgusting if they have never tried it. And the first time you go to eat sushi, you should be with someone who is somewhat of a sushi expert.

Philadelphia roll is combination of fresh salmon, cream cheese and seaweed. Temaki also combines seaweed and other ingredients, hm... I don't think you'll like the flavor since you don't like the seaweed :) My friends say it's disgusting because of the raw fish, and they don't want to try one.

I like sushi very much. In fact, I like Japanese cuisines very much. I go to Japanese restaurants here in the City live quite often, for lunch, for dinner, and just for snacks too. There are many very nice sushi restaurants here in the City. Tempura and sashimi are also my favotites ! Um , yummy , yummy ! I am addicted to raw fish too !

I love sushi, but I don't like the raw fish kind. My favourite sushi is califoria rolls. Alot of my friends wont try sushi cause of the seaweed.

I absolutly love sushi! i tried it i think when i was 13 or 14 years old. I'm not exactly sure what my favorite kind is though only because i don't know the name of it. It hascucumber, avocado, and some creamcheese type stuff in it! does anyone know what that kind is called?

Before, I can't imagine myself eating raw food but now, I'm a die-hard fan for Salmon as long as I have soy, mayonaise and wasabi for sauce

Unagi is definitely my favorite. Followed by either ebi (shrimp) or maguro (tuna). Most of my friends rank hamachi (yellowtail) as their favorite but it's a little oily for me. Above all, it needs to be fresh. I've been at places where the maguro has been soaked in soy sauce to help it keep longer. Of course don't forget the seaweed salad and edamame (soybeans) - those are two really great and healthy add-ons to go with any fish or shrimp. I don't mind rolls like the California roll but when it's all super fresh, nothing is better than just a single item with the dab of wasabi on rice or just served as sashimi - no rice.

I've tried various types of sushi on a couple of occasions. My wife who is asian told me at the time the sushi was good but not the best. So, for the quality of sushi I've tried I don't care for it. I did enjoy the experience of it but.... for my wife who will likely read this at some point, there are some asian foods that I just can't see myself trying.
