How long do you want to live?

Up to what age you want to live here in this earth.This question strikes me when I saw a news in the tv about an old lady yesterday.She claims to be more than the age of 120 and wants some governments help to run her life as she have no one to take care.You know how she looks like in this age?She can't stand erect,her shin has shrunk,she have no teeth at all but she is healthy to eat normal diet and she is working to earn something.She can hear well and speak clearly.My question is,will you like to live that long or how long do you wish to live?

honestly???
i want to live long with my partner..
as long as he is still breathing i would try my best to be healthy to stay with him..
to be with him ..to share my remaining time/life with him..
the feeling of dying love ones just hurt so much...
and it feels like dying too...because of loneliness..and miss..
but only God knows....and only Him can take our life away..

Do you love your partner that much?May god bless both of you with long age.I will pray for that.Life without love will not be interesting or fulfilling.You need some one to share anything and if it is a lovable partner,you feel blessed.Have you heard of this saying,"if a friend is along,the road is not long"?.A long life will not be boring if spent with a lover.

I wanna live healthy as long as I live. I dont have the authority to decide my life in this earth but as long as I live may be 70-80 years I wanna be healthy. Thats it. Health is more important than days when we live here. As you said the old lady is still eating good food and she is healthy it seems. .. Haooy mylotting. Cheers...

Yes!Health should be counted than the number of years we live.What is the use of living a long life as a patient for a long period.In that case,dying earlier will be peaceful.That old lady I mentioned is not only healthy but she can earn for her living.But she needs more money to have a decent living at that age and the whole village has written to the government asking for some aid.Cheers!

Hello srganesh. I wish to live as long as possible in a good health together with my spouse because I think that life is much easier this way. Of course, if our kids have enough time to take care of ourselves when we are that old, it would be wonderful. Now my father is 83 years old and he has my mother take good care of him. They are both healthy and happy. My father often says to me that he can live up to more than one hundred years old. I am glad that my father is so positive in so many things. That is really great that your father has the confidence to live longer to more than hundred years.In that case,you too will enjoy a long life like him as a hereditary thing.And having your mother for your father's support is a boon for him.Yes,healthy and happiness are required to enjoy a longer life.Cheers!

As long as my mind is functioning and I'm able to care for myself and enjoy some quality to my life, I would want to live. I love life. I would rather die than to be just alive and depending on others for all of my basic needs and unable to do the things I love.

You are right.One should be sane and physically well fit to take care of his own at any age.Without that,the feeling of being burden to one and all will kill us more.There is nothing to add to live a vegetable kind of existence.It will be better to finish off life before that.

as long as it takes and as long as god permits me too. I really do want to live longer since I havent done anything yet that I have archive in life so for now I guess another 40 years would be great.

That is one more good point.We have to achieve something to get satisfied with our life.Just leading a vegetable kind of existence cannot be counted as life.Yes,we have to live longer to achieve something to mark our presence in this world.Otherwise we will be forgotten easily.So,to be remembered with great reverence we have to achieve something for at least our family.cheers!

Yes!You have to be active at any age and capable of doing your own things at the least without being a burden for the kids.Then your long life will be seen a blessing and your kids too will set you as an ideal to follow.For that we have to tune our life style from now on.Cheers!

i wish to live as long as possible with good healthy and happy with my further hubby in a simple live. all of our kindly sons and daughters with their partner and sons often live together.that's enough,if possible,when we retired, we may take a travel around our country.good luck and have a nice day!

Health counts a lot in a long life.What is there if you are bed returned with sickness and you are tired to live that life?So,health and people to take care around will make a long life a bliss.May god sanction you both so that you can survive happily for ever.Cheers!

If I live past 25 that would be a miracle, my Doctor told me I'd be lucky to live that long.

Oh!Very sad to hear like that!That means you have just another six years.Why did your doctor say like that?What is your problem?How can you digest this at this young age?Did you get depressed learning it?Did you share this with your friends and family?I am very much upset with your response!Let me pray for you!

Yes!We can live comfortably as long as there are our friends and relatives.It will be very hard to push on our lives without people share and rejoice.That will be a long tiring journey to be without known people around.So,your choice to live long until the friends and relatives are there is to be noted upon.Cheers!
