Do you still do pushups and situps?

If you do why? If not why? I do them every once in a while if my back isn't hurting too much, but I tend to stray from them.

I still do pushups and situps as a part of my workout routine. I have started a programme called p90x and its all about getting in shape and building muscle. In particular, there are many variations of pushups and situps to work different muscle groups and I end up doing 3 - 4 workouts a week that include pushups and situps as a part of the regimen. I notice a difference in muscle mass for sure.

I recently seen an infomercial for P90X. It looked like it would work with all the switching up with different exercises.

I dont do them anymore. I have this electronic exercise come massage gadget that looks like a belt for you to wrap around your waist and when you switch on the power, it will vibrate and do all sorts of things to your fats there. It works wonder and I just have to put it on while myLotting!

I will occasionally do sit ups since I have an ab lounge. I don't do push ups though generally, although I will do planks. On the ab lounge, sit ups don't hurt. However, they don't seem to do anything either. I could do 100 of them and I would never feel it.
