How do you destress yourself.

I would like to know how each one of you destress your self. Many people tend up to eat, many speak out their woes to their close ones. some just keep in their mind. so what do u do..and how does it help you.

We all choose what we deem important in this world. Stress is something we bring on ourselves. So you are in a giant traffic jam. Is it a time to stress or a time to get a bit more rest. If you close your eyes, the guy behind you will remind you when it's time to roll. Are the things we worry and stress about really the important things???

Food for thought... i agree with you, i think all should analyse whether what we are worrying are they REALLY ALL THAT IMPORTANT.. think about it before you reacting on some bad day... i think we are lucky that god has made so complete and instead of being grateful we end worrying about things which we do not have / end up running in fulfillin those things. fullfillment of dreams are necessary tp boost self confidence, but sticking to one path and not letting things go..is what causes stress ....
