Hi, dear mylot friends. I get up at 6:30, go out to climb the mountain near my house for one and half a hour every two days, I climb and walk 5km long, I sweat very much, my clothes are wet like I get soaked in the rain, my two handkerchiefs and a towel can't dry my wet body,I am a computer worker, for my health and spirit, I take hard exeercise with dropping sweat on the long road, I love climbing in all my life. I finish the exercise, I go back home, and take a bath nicely, then I have a good breakfast, after breakfast, I start to go to my company by my car at 9:00. Do you like doing exercise in the morning? how often and where do you take exercise?

I love to work out to be fit, especially in the morning. I usually wake up at about 6 am and jog for about 2 kms and then do some stretching and muscle building exercises for about 20 mins. I steal some calm place and another 20 mins to do some breathing exercises (Yoga) and meditation. This routine of about 50 mins to 1 hr will keep me energetic the entire day and maintain my spirits till evening when I return home from office. This moderate exercise routine is a booster for me everyday. But unfortunately, I skip doing this many a times due to some skimpy reasons. But I try to compensate it somehow.

Hi ayukawa, I like climbing mountain as well. There is a mountain quite near to my place. It just takes me 12 minutes or so to drive there. Yeah, I usually would spend more than an hour to walk up and down the mountain. If we really want to reach the first half of the mountain we have to walk 3 and ½ miles. It’s really a difficult journey. I go there just for the purpose of having exercise so I would back again to the foot of the once I have reached the one and three quarter area. I feel really comfortable and relaxed after soaking in sweat Anyway I would have the exercise in the evening only for I don’t have considerable spare time in the morning. Happy posting

I exercise in the morning to after hubby leaves for work. But I do it here at home.If you are soaked after your work out be sure to shower ,it removes all the toxins you have sweat out, with a good abrasive sponge .Working out to exercise TV is the best for me. There are some strange birds in the town ,I live in.Plus I like to do circuit training can't really get that outside. My activities involve walks and biking but not my exercise. But my work is also here ya know the cleaning ,washing, errands yes you can guess who is a house wife.

haha, capsicum, Unfortunately, my work is the office with air con, i don't think physical labor as good exercise, because it is not freedom for i do any work under a moody boss, i like the unhampered exercise and the great nature, anything can't be instead of it, well, you are a housewife, busy in housework every day,if you go out to travel with your husband in weekend, i think it is good idea.(laugh). thanks for your opinion about exercise and bath, welcome you share my pages always.

Doing exercise is good for our health. I don't wake up early to do exercise. I am sleepy. I prefer to sleep for a longer time. But everyday I go to work and go home on foot. I regard it as my daily exercise. I love China

I have set a target to exercise daily in the morning, but I am lazy. I will get up late in the morning snoozing my alarm for a long time. Then, there is not time to exercise. I try to get ready fast and start to office. Now a dayas I am finding time to exercise atleast three days in a week. Weekends I sleep in and there is no way to exercise.

Seriously? With my very busy schedule, and working on the night shift, i really cant find time to exercise already. When i get off from work at 6am, my mind is already wanting to go to bed and get as much sleep as i can to prepare for work at night, Its really hard if youre working on the night shift. Its different if youre working normal daytime shift because you can get to do things after work or before going to work.

I usually don't. I like to exercise before I go to bed because it fits my schedule better. I exercise once a day.

I always exercise in the morning before I head over to college for classes. I usually wakes up at 6am and then play basketball infront of the house for around 20 minutes before I get ready for breakfast and bath and then head over to college as it starts at 8 and it takes half an hour to reach there from home. I think it is quite refreshing to exercise in the morning before we start off with our activity.

I excercise every morning (excluding weekends). I don't mountain climb but I do walk 4 miles every moning at 6 am sharp. That gives me time to get back home and shower before going to the office. Although my job is very demanding mentally it isn't physically so I try to make sure I get my excercise in early and it gives me the energy I need for the day. Sometimes I will get in a walk on the weekends but not on a regular basis.

Hey, ayukawasouhiko! I love to exercise too! I'm fit for my age, 13, and I go out for jogs around my neighborhood about 2-3 times every few days to stay in shape. I also play football and I run track for my school! I am very good at both of them. I do push-ups at home whenever I can and I play a lot outside so I don't become lazy and become a couch patato. You seem very healthy, considering the things you do to exersise!

I travel a lot. Every month I drive from KL to Singapore. So no chance to exercise. I also drive up north to Penang. Years back I brisk walked in the everning for at least 1 hour. Sometimes,I climbed mountain at Moon Gate near the Botanical Gardens. But not any more. Once in a while I swim in the hotel pool.

I used to walk around the neighborhood every day morning. but since it's been raining for days due to some typhoon, i decided not to walk since am not gonna sweat anyway. and have other things to think and do. probably if use the treadmill here, i could loose a few but simply didn't have time for a warm up exercise.

When I was in primary school, I had active in several sports that required me a lot of trainings, energy and of course I must have a good stamina. So, in order to maintain my stamina I need to exercise and training almost everyday. Usually in the evening, not in the morning because I had classes in the morning. But when I went to study outside from my homeland for example you from Osaka and study Tokyo, something like that, I seldom do any exercises. At my 1st and 2nd year of study, I still active in climbing 2 but only 3 times per semester. I had climb several mounts in Malaysia such as Mount Dato' locate in Pahang, Mount Berembum locate in Terengganu, Mount Tebu also locate in Terengganu and many more. Mount Berembun have a great super duper nature views, plus with a marvelous water fall. The mountain around your house just take you around half an hour, but the mountain that I climbed take more than 3 to 5 days. So, is it count as exercise? haha, don't bother, just want to share it with you and the others. Happy my lotting
