What prayer means to you? Do you pray? If you do, how many times or minutes you spend on praying? Does your prayer being answered. I am asking you this questions, because I am curious on your views and how much you value your spiritual life nowadays.

I am a strong Christian, and my "calling" is as a Prayer Intercessor. So, for me, prayer is a way of life. I am called to pray "without ceasing", and I do that. It's like having a constant conversation with my Lord .... either listening to Him, or praying/interceding for others. To me, prayer "lifts me up", and I have seen more miracles in the last 8 years than ever before in my life!

Yeah, I agree with Levite. You can share with us the miracles that happens into your life. Because it definitely make a big difference to other people, and can inspire us, and give us more views on Faith. You know sometimes we can't realize how little or big our problem is, until we see or heard what other people been through.

There are different types of prayers: personal devotional prayer, community prayer, intercessory prayer, adoration, prayer of repentance, prayer of thanksgiving, and many more. 1. personal devotional prayer is your personal conversation with God. You pray to God and listen to Him through His Word -- the bible. It is a common prayer wherein you can ask God what you need and you also pray for others. 2. Community prayer, derived from the definition itself, is a form of prayer wherein the whole believers in Christ in a certain local church or community gather to pray, worship and praise God. This is the most common prayer done in the church or in a big assembly meeting wherein a pastor or church community leader or elder presides. 3. Intercessory prayer means you pray or intercede for other's needs. You only pray for others not yourself. 4. Prayer of adoration is the loving worship of God. You don't ask God your needs or other's rather you're just there to worhip and praise God for His goodness and mercy to you and others and the whole creations in all. 5. Prayer of repentance is the prayer of the sinner who just wants to come to God for the first time and wants to turn away from his/her sins. It is also called the prayer of surrender. 6. Prayer of thanksgiving clearly means being grateful to God to all His wonderful works in your life, others and the whole creations as a whole. But God also wants us to pray without ceasing. What does that mean? Does it mean you only pray the whole day on your knees? No. Prayer without ceasing means all your actions, speech, mind, heart, and will is for the greater glory of God. Whatever we think, say and do is directed for God's glory. "So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God." (I Cor. 10:31).

My spiritual life is foremost and my top priority. Our flesh are truly weak but God's grace is sufficient to sustain us in times of needs.
