Drinking Fruit & Vegetable Juices or Eating Fruits & Vegetables? Which is Which?

Hello my fellow Mylotters..! I know all of us if not drink or eat fruits, I guess eat and drink vegetables.. What Do you prefer: having them juiced and drink them or leave them as they are and eat them..? My family would just simply eat fruits and vegetables but my aunt would definitely crush them into juices either fruits and vegetables..Of course they are still of the same vitamins even if the other is being juiced and the other is not.. I have heard others say that it is easy to take in fruits and vegetables if they are to be drink than eating them because some fruits and vegetables are hard to be eaten.. You, share your thoughts here..and thank you in advance for those who will spare some of their time responding this discussion.. Happy Mylotting to all..

Hi stricken, the only vegetable I like to have juiced is carrot,I find it really refreshing and much prefer it to raw or cooked carrots. With fruits I think in most cases I prefer them juiced. The local oranges are so juicy I don't bother making juice from them these days, I just cut them in half and drink. The pomegrantes will start in another month and I love the juice from them whereas my son has more patience to eat the seeds. The fruit I enjoy most is just coming into season and I must say I have never given a thought to juicing a fig, I enjoy them too much just as they are.

yes, carrot as they say is really good when juiced..I just haven't tried it..one of these days I hope I can drink one..hehe

Hi there! When having vegetables I prefer eating them. I haven't juiced a vegetable yet in my lifetime. I haven't even tasted one so I'm not used to drinking juiced vegetables. It seems eeeewwww drinking vegetables hehe.. Besides, I think eating vegetables is tastier than drinking them cause you can have vegetables a part of a meal. But when it comes to having fruits, there are fruits that I like juiced and there are some that I like eating. Like mangoes and oranges. I like them when they're freshly made into shakes. It makes the hot weather cooler when you're drinking fruit juices hehe. Ciao!

haha, me too..i haven't drink any vegetable juices..although the very common is the carrot juice, as for my friends and relatives, they told me that it taste good..But, I would prefer having them eaten both fruit and vegetables..hehe

I think eating fruits & vegetables is better so that u get 100% nutritions out of it , as in juices u through the remaining part

I do drinking fruit and vegetable, and eating fruits and vegetable, because it is healthy to drink, to make your body have refreshment at the same time get vitamins and proteins, and it looks like fresh.

Hi there.. i rarely drink juice of vegetables..it makes me unusual taste.Vegetables more tasty if i cook it with meat or eggs and eat with warm rice. And for the fruits, I often drink juice fruits or eat fruits just like that. Still the same vitamin being juiced or just eat it.

Though fruit juice is very convenient, the fruit itself is more beneficial to us. If you drink only the juice then you miss out the digestible fiber and the other nutrients in the skin etc. As for vegetable juices, the greatest advantage is that they are raw juices. Cooked vegetable loses most of the nutrients and so is of very little value in nutrition. Juice delivers full compliment of nutrients. Raw vegetables, as in salad varieties are even better. So make your choice, and pick up good health in the bargain.

well, some vegetables , i can`t eat .. Just in juice i drink them . So , sometimes it`s better to drink an 100% natural juice, made by myself in my home , with 100% natural fruits , but somethimes it`s so good to eat some fruits . I saw that 100% natural fruits of vegetables are so tasty , but the others , are...like.... i even don`t feel that i eat that fruit/vegetable . 100% natural fruits/vegetables are uglier... Try to eat fruits or vegetables from Romania . In Romania all the fruits and vegetables are 100% natural . Try an apple from Romania, and one from any other country . You`ll see the difference . It`s huge !

Well this is really healthy for us. Since fruits and vegetables gives our body what it needs. But be it a fruit or veggie juice or not, as long as it is fresh, i have no worries about it. I do eat fresh fruits and vegetables a lot. We don't regularly juice out veggies. But fruits, yes, we do include them in our smoothies and energy giving drink. I also include fresh fruit on my oatmeal. I do not like to taste a veggie being blended or juiced .I will never appreciate it I guess. Not unless it was mixed with a fruit like carrot and pineapple, weird combination, how about carrot and apple, maybe that one will do.

do as u like it bcoz both have almost same nutritinal values.When u r making juice dont add sugar or salt. drink naturally then it's benefit to any one. Have a nice Day..............
