Today was the first time I've seen my brothers daughters in about a month they have been on vaction in another state. And so they came over to my parents house for the day! And so I decided to make Pizza for LUNCH something that Destiny and Arianna BOTH LOVE!! So I opened a can of pre made pizza sauce while the girls rolled out the pizza dough and selected what toppings they wanted to put on their indivdual pizzas. And as I did this I remeber the times me and my mom would cook together it was some of the BEST times it just being me and my MOM!! An AMAZING FEELING!! Ican't WAIT for my LIL gilr to become old enogh to start wanting to help MOMMY in the kitchen!!

Hi,
Oh yes...those were the good old days.
When I was 10 years old, my mum, my brother (has passed away)
and I will make the Chinese New Year cookies called 'love letters'
We use charcoal to bake it, we really need to really coordinate
in the overall process...timing is the main elements!
The joy spending time together is unforgettable!

My son would help me cook when he was young. He liked to help me knead the bread, it was something he could do at a young age. Bought my kids enjoyed helping to make cookies and cakes. I don't bake as much now and they are old enough to cook a recipe by themselves.
