great deal on foreclosure houses

A friend of mine recently bought a foreclosure home with a great deal, it is about $59,000 for the cost. Don't you consider it a great deal? With 3 bedroom, 2 level high, and with 2 bathrooms, 1 living room, and a dining room. He has a family of 4, and definitely going to be fine. Now, it is great time to purchase a house if you think that you are be able to swing it.

That's a great deal!! People should realize that during a recession is the time to buy any asset. If you do, you will find yourself richer when the economy comes back. So now is the time!!!

Your friend got a real good deal on the house that he bought. You are right now is the time to buy a house if you can swing it. It is just a shame that so many are losing their jobs and their homes now.
