If you were president what would you change?

I personally would change the way our health care is. I belelive if you can't afford to go to the doctor that the state should help you no matter if you have kids or not. There are alot of sick people out there that really need help. I really feel the goverment could give alittle. If we all could be healthier the world would be a better place. There would be less diseases being spread and so forth. I want to be healthy and others to be healthy as well. I feel that the health care issue is a big deal and needs to be delt with. I mean Canada provides free health care and so does other foriegn countries.I don't understand why can't we!

I would make alot of changes. We would all have health insurance, a car, a home, food in our bellies and a job. We have not had health insurance for years. We cannot afford it. We should not have homeless people and then send money to other countries to help them eat or rebuild.
