I have had both and I must say I prefer indoor picnics. There are no bugs. The temperature is always perfect and you don't have to worry about the weather. In fact I love having an indoor picnic during a rainy day.How about you?

Hi Sarah! I would be much glad if it is an outdoor picnic. Natural enviornment gives a kind of boost and one can enjoy more at an outdoor place. Going to a sea beach or river side or to a water fall or for that matter zoo makes one feel more happy and I love outdoor picnics with my family. However, if it is indoor, then one's enjoyment gets limited as s/he cannot move much.

For me,all the outdoors come in between me and my guest at a picnic, I rather just walk around the beach or the zoo and then go home and have a cozy indoor picnic.

Outdoor. Outdoor is definitely for me. I'm an outdoorsy type of person and I love all the pristine white beaches kind of thing; with the natural looking sea water and the great weather.. I can spend hours on the beach, but then I'll get a natural looking tan that can lasts for a few weeks, LOL... Sometimes I don't go for holidays but people around me thought that I do because of the light tan.

I think the picnic is usually available outdoor. If I want to have the indoor picnic, I prefer that we have a meal in the restaurant much more. The outdoor picnic will be much more interesting because of the location is outside. We can experience the nature and meanwhile enjoy the food. I love China

Hello Sarah. Nice to see you. How are you ? Yes, it all depends on the weather. If the weather is favorable , I would prefer going out doors. Because, over the whole week. I just get stuck in my office room, and in the house in the evening after getting back home. So, I really need to do things to refresh and rejuvenate. One way would be to go on a picnic outdoor !

I think, picnic means a spot something outside and near to the house.I haven't heard anything about indoor picnic.may be it is termed as a family gathering.Well,as you told,in rainy days we can't go outside for a picnic spot and have all the enjoyment inside the house.Cheers!

I have never heard of an indoor picnic, but it does sound like it would be good on a raining day. On days when it's not rainy, I'd rather have a picnic outside. Indoor picnics might also be nice in the wintertime.

It's gotta be outdoors. I'm even up to trying a winter picnic one day. Indoor picnics are alright too, especially if weather conditions are bad.

I prefer indoor picnics because you don't have to deal with bugs and flies. Its so annoying when you are at a park and the bugs and flies start bothering you. Then you have keep covering the food up and its just a nuance. Indoors its easier and more comfortable.

I sometimes wonder how can we call a picnic, a picnic unless we bash out with friends or family outside. Indoors are something which we often used to stay daily. Going to new places, or places which you have rarely visited with friends makes a huge difference. Finally it all depends on the mood , if the mood is to have a dashing time, prefer outdoors, if its a cozy & cool mood, prefer Indoors!!
