Is H.R. 3200 dead in the water?

Seems that not only are conservatives against it, but Black Agenda Report.com and KOS are also against it.

I don't know of any organization that is more liberal than KOS, and they made a reference to the Black Agenda Report website as well.
So is it dead? H.R. 676 seems to be the one getting support now. Anyone know anything about it?

Just read HR 676, I hope no one even tries to deny that this bill is universal health care, or that it makes all health care professionals government employees! lol
