I am in the same boat as you, only I have an actually disorder when it comes to responding my emotions. But I've asked alot of people for help on this subject and I've gotten alot of good advice. For one thing, if you have a hobby that you can use to vent, that is usually the best way to go. Singing, dancing, painting, drawing, etc. Another thing is excersizing or a physical acitivity. Because it releases endorphines. I can say this one works because I've tried it. Another thing that usually helps as well is keeping a diary for those rough emotional days when you need to vent. Anyways I hope this helped :)

Hello, I don't really let out my emotions, I just keep them all inside of me. I know that it is bad, but I also have learned to control myself, if I am stressed or worried, the best thing to do is to relax. Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!

Hi Happyday, listening to music, talk to friends, read an interesting book is usually a way for me to relax. You may have a try. Wish you good luck!
