Crown Royalz Reviews question

I read about a new review site called Crown Royalz Reviews. I went to the site to check it out, and it left me with a major question. I did not see a place to create an account, however; I saw a place to submit a review. My questions is, by submitting a review, am I automatically creating an account? I hope that someone can answer this for me, this site looks like a pretty good one and because it is still new, I think it can be a great opportunity.
