yeah it is. it is so easy to make a weight loss plan and goal, but keep the motivation up is one of the most difficult thing of dieting because of temptations around us.there will be days when health meals goes out of the window and there will be weeks where you may not lose any weight-even put a little back on. so be persevere is the most important aspect for those who want to lose weight.

These things are not called temptations for nothing. I think deciding to eat right and stay fit is a big decision that, once made, we should stick by it. Last February, I decided to lose 50 pounds before the year ends. I knew that in order to do that, I have to have the right balance of both exercise and eating healthy. I have already lost 30 pounds since February and it was not easy. I went through a strict fitness regimen, I went to the gym 4-5 times a week, including cardio and strength-training exercises. Exercising is very hard and I did not want my effort to go to waste, so I decided to go on a healthy diet as well. I hired a nutritionist and she made a diet program to fit my lifestyle. It wasn't as hard as I thought. I just had to give up mostly the sweets and the high-fat food sources. I eat six times a day in small amounts and right portions. This, coupled with exercise made me lose 1-2 pounds per week and I lost a lot of weight in no time. So, it's really up to the person to decide to eat healthy and stick to the plan.
