Have you developed any liking to cats lately? some people just don't like pets. i too don't like pets that much. but i just can't bear it when some cats will just cry out for food though they are not my cats. so when there is strayed cats that showed up inside my home i do feed them. and now two cats, one of which is still a kitten that are my pets now. i mean they don't leave my home. they don't wander to other neighbors like others cat do. i expect them actually to go to other places or homes and just get back to my places if they need food. i don't like actually seeing them around my place that much. i am only concerned if they have eaten or not. but it seems that they just developed a liking to just lay down on my homes when they are not hungry. Do you expect your cats to stay in your place. Is it just normal for you for cats just to be like that. or do you expect or do they to wander to other homes as well.

I am a cat person, I've loved them since I was little. :D I have two cats, but they are indoor cats and do not go outside. I've always had a cat, since when I was young and lived with my family. I do have a few kittens that have come and they are out side, I feed them, and am thinking of taking one in. THe other is scared to come near me, but I hope to make him friendly and find him a loving home. I hate to see animals left out. No love, no one to care for them. They never asked to be left behind. :( Hope you have a great day.

so your cats stay inside your home. actually mine don't stay inside. they are just outside the house itself. they just right outside our door. but still inside the gate of our homes. so they just play with the plants or just lay sometimes on the top of the wall in the front gate. but they don't go outside specially the kitten. but the bigger one do go outside but get back always and rarely stay out that long.

Hi hotsummer,I think these cats need a home and someone to love, so they have adopted you. I have two cats and they are wonderful pets and a part of the family. One sleeps on my bed every night. I talk to them and they seem to know if I am sick. They spend a lot of time outdoors in the Summer but rarely go out side in the Winter. Blessings.

Hi againhotsummer, I think that is wonderful because it is very true. All living things seek to be loved. I have a feeling that all life is somehow interconnected in some way. Blessings

yes i do believe life is interconnected as you say. mostly cats stay outdoors as we don't have winter in our place. during rainy days they can still stay out side of our home just they have to find their own place in my place for them to stay dry while it is raining hard. so mostly they hardly get inside our house. anyways, we have roof for them out side our house for them to stay during hot afternoon or in the strong rain. i like my kitten sleeping. kinda cute seeing it that is why i still feed my two cats now cause they can bring some sort of fun to see the things they do every day at my place.

yeah i feel they are the ones that adoptive than the other way around. LOL. anyways, i just like seeing them being taken care of and being provided for like human beings. it just develops in me a care not only for humans but for animals as well which i had developed before as i was not into pets before that much. and it seems that they are like humans too. like they have emotions and seems to talk with their eyes and try to communicate something to us. they seem to be like helpless children that are crying out for our attention and wanting to be cared of and loved and given safe place to live. i think that every pets deserve a loving home and caretaker. it makes me feel like an animal advocate of some sort.

I've had cats since I was born and could never ever be without one. Right now I have 11 cats, 4 of them were strays that came to me for food, water, shelter and a lot of love which I'm more than willing to give them. I can not turn a cat away for ANY reason because, it's not their fault that they're in this world but that they are here, I will have them fixed so they can't breed and have any more. I will continue to care for them till they're no longer alive. I feel this way, if I were a homeless cat, I'd hope and pray that someone would take me in and feed, love and shelter me.

yeah, they should be loved as the helpless animals deserve our care. you are lucky to have the time to care for cats since you were young. cats were a big no no in my place when i was growing up. when there were stray cats we usually just drive away using broom to scare them off or away. cause we hate the smell of the poo of cats as cats here are not given place or tray to poo on. they are just expected to poo somewhere else besides our home. like they are expected to poo on vacant lot or areas somewhere. that is how things go here in my country. mostly cats poo on top of the roof. and sometimes on the garden if you will let them. though i am fond of cats or kittens when i was young i was not able to care for them. only these past few years that i was able to.

i don't like chasing cats into my home. but it is nice or feels good when you see cats relaxing around your and seems a having a safe feeling inside your place and that they trust you to care for them and feel secured in your place and in your care. most of my cats before were not indoor cats . once they grew into cats that they just usually leave our homes and go wander from place to place. some were just led to other places to wander there. cause we didn't like cats that much before. i don't like cats generally. but i tend to develop a liking to some cats though. depending if they are good cats. if they are not i just don't like to feed them.
