What do you do to keep yourself happy?

Personally, there's so many things that I do to stay happy But perhaps learning a little something and doing a little good something is worth emphasizing... For in the ultimate, it is what we can do that really makes the difference... e.g. the ability to perceive any situation as happy :) Cheers

I returned to the habitat. Friends, music, writing, discussion. If the levels of happiness decreases, it must be because I am out of my habitat and stuck with the routine.

to be happy you don't have to wait for bigger things in life. i become happy when my work is appreciated. i feel happy when my score at myLot increases beyond my expectation. i feel happy when i spend tie with little kids. i am happy when i meet my favourite friends, i feel happy when i visit my brother or when he visits me. i feel happy when someone leaves a sweet text message or email for me. i feel happy when i see someone happy, i feel happy when i am able to help someone and i feel hapy when my smile and cheerfulness helps in spreading happiness in a dull atmosphere. i feel we should not wait for happiness to come after goals are achieved. if we wait for happiness then i would never coe to us, so the ebst way to find happiness is to look for happiness in everything that we coe across. be happy and enjoy life.
