In a happy mind we will get a healthy body. Most of the diseases of themodern world are due to the unhealthy mind and unhappiness. For a longer life cheer up and be happy and be positive .

Hello, Yes I must agree that the happier people in life will definitely live longer. They are just much healthier, and they do not know it, but subconsciously they are actually doing damage to their body by not being happy. Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!

yes, the happier people live longer. they have less worries and stress and they are unlikely to suffer heart attacks and strokes. they say that people who are happy have less bouts of colds and flu. we should be grateful and contented with what we have. simple acts of gratefulness can help us improve our outlook in life. we should be kind in our dealing with others because it is in how we deal other people that the same is returned to us.

Happiness really helps, it is much easier to live the life with light heart and happiness by your side. who can argue that it's better to be happy? constant worrying and stress can shorten lifes, so being happy is a definate plus.

Yes, I strongly believe that happiest people will have longer life. Costa Rica is the greenest and happiest country in the world, according to a new list that ranks nations by combining measures of their ecological footprint with the happiness of their citizens. Happiness is something that money can't buy. A poor but happy person without any material thing is living a better life than the richest man on the world who is unhappy and miserable. Lots of people die each year trying to find real life, when it's all just under their noses, if they had only looked hard enough. A simple life is more than just living on a small salary. You can be a millionaire and yet live simply, free from common worries.

I don't necessarily know if being happier makes you live longer, but I think it just makes your life so much more worthwhile. It is nice to wake up with a smile on your face and share it with others. I am naturally a type A personality, so it takes alot for me to relax and let some things out of my control. But it is something I try very hard to do in everyday life. I am trying to find some simple pleasures every day.
