I have heard many people saying good things about facebook. But i have not try it yet. Im a member of friendster but i find it so boring..i even want to delete it and i dont know how. I think mylot is the best one i have tried so far. I enjoyed every minute responding discussions...and its a very good site to hang around.

It all boils down to which site most of your friends go for. It won't be a social media site if we don't have anybody to invite, right? So just like most people, I started out with Friendster but moved on to Facebook. But maybe I would've made the switch anyway, regardless of who is there because it has a more professional feel to it and the apps are really something (Dungeons and Dragons Tiny Adventures, anyone?). The privacy settings are nifty and the newsfeed an excellent innovation; these and more make Facebook the better option.

I had tons of accounts in Friendster way back when I was still an immature high school student. After some years, the site eventually became boring because it became overrated. I discarded my other accounts and maintained only one account. After some time, I stopped checking my account there. I didn't delete it though since that site is where my high school friends hang out. I shifted to Multiply. I enjoyed my time there. Keeping up a site really require a lot of effort and I see Multiply as some sort of challenge. However, Multiply bored me out after awhile. I started looking for other hang outs and I found Facebook. Facebook, which combines Twitter and multitudes of social networks, encompassed every social networks. It makes people stay and get addicted because of the many features other sites don't have. The built-in chat system was one of the bombs. The too-many quizzes and applications were some of the things about FB I never grew tired of. That's what other social networks lack--the feature that makes people stay, even those who can easily lose interest. Since almost everyone now has an account, especially my high school friends, I can finally delete my Friendster account.

I had a friendster account but wasn't too much into it, I don't know why. I was just always too busy for it. I got facebook a long time ago - when it was exclusively for college kids (back in the day). So I'm sort of stuck with it now. With that said, I definitely prefer Facebook since it's easier to navigate. And friendster is dying slowly.

I used to always be on Friendster but then switched to Facebook since it has become the new and number one social networking site. Also all the features in Facebook are more interesting and fun. I think all my friends also has left Friendster and focus more on Facebook. All their games are addicting and the layout also better.
