I enjoy baking the best. I love the smell of a cake or pie baking in the oven. I enjoy cooking meals also, but nothing beats a yummy dessert. What kind of cooking do you enjoy most? Or you can't cook? I had a roomate in college that actually asked me how to tell when water was boiling.

Oh my goodness, I can't imagine not knowing when water was boiling. That is simply hilarious. I learned to cook when I was in junior high. The first thing that I learned to cook was french toast. I like making fried chicken and fried foods the best. However, I don't cook very often. Nowadays, it seems like it costs more to fix a meal at home than it does to go out to eat. Plus, it takes so long to cook it yourself. So, we do eat out a lot, or we just eat quick and easy pre-prepared meals.

I enjoy cooking, the most. My specialty is making things in a skillet...although I've had great fun with the wok recently. Baking's my second favorite, since provided you remove the food in time, the taste and quality basically depends on your actions BEFORE baking. But I don't do as much of it. I can boil water, the one thing I can't really do is make bread...although I finally have "mastered" biscuits. xD

I like to prepare meals. And I´m a very good cook. I can prepare a good dessert too. But I think my taste buds changed after many years of not doing anything with sugar because my hubby was a diabetic. But I love to prepare original apetizers, nice meals and good sauces. My last discovery for apetizer (was met with applauses) was cooked octotus with homemade onion and green apple indian relish.

I bake everything now, not only is it healthy for you but the clean up is a breeze! the trick is i use parchament paper on my cookie/baking pan. it gets things done evenly , you do not have to turn it at all. I get a new ideal everyday of sometihng i can bake on the parchament paper. and so far it has all turned out just delicious. before that , i would not say I was a great cook at all. the parchament paper has made a big difference in my cooking. i was and still am truely amazed. I just wish i had found out about it sooner.. on the inside of the last box i got there is a recipe for Bananna Bread , I cant wait to try that one some of the things I have fixed in the past range from Hotdogs, to bread stix. i Just made the Bread stix tonight, and they were so gooood.. Hot dogs turn out super moist and well done... hambugers are great too no turning needed, I even make my own potatoes now, a little olive oil, salt and pepper place on parchament paper , be sure and slice them kind of thick. bake at 400 for about 20 min or until soft.. very tasty.. my husband loves my new way of cooking and so Do I..

I absolutely love cooking, it's one of my favorite things to do, but I also really like to bake, especially when it comes to cupcakes! Baking is such a great stress reliever too!
