i've found this interesting page, is an rpg based on web that gives you the opportunity to win money.
at the end of every month your character gots reset and all the gold pieces that you've won it becames money at the end of the month. wining gold for the character is very easy and the minimum payout is 10$ with alertpay or paypal. payments are done only once per month but are much more quicker than those ptc.

This sounds very interesting. So, how does this work exactly? You level up, beat up monsters, get gold from beating up monsters, and then at the end of the month, you get paid?
How much do you get per gold pieces? Is it easy to get a lot of gold pieces? And have you got paid yet?
