I tend to watch or read something funny until I'm in a good mood. On a rare occasion, I might just open up a word document and rant about the bad day as a way to let off some steam. And then followed by something funny to watch or read. If it's really, really bad and if it's night time, I might just sleep on it till the next day. I'm always better the next day.

I quickly googled your problem. A few people say you can open a US Bank Account through a Nigerian bank (they failed to specify which one). All you need is a driver's license, ID, or an international passport. You might have to research which banks can actually do this.

If there is something I need to do that day, I will use an alarm clock to wake myself up; otherwise, I sleep until whatever time it is I wake up at. I get headaches a lot. I believe it usually happens when it's quite bright out. So, it's especially bad during the summer; sometimes I'll have it for a few days in a row.
