What annoys you are work?
I hate when I have to interact with people who clearly do not want to be there and do not care about what happens.
I also hate people who will not say "hello" when casually passing by.
What bothers you?

When I was working in a factory or restaraunt, my biggest pet peeve was having to work with a complainer. I was known for telling people that they were looking for a job before, if they disliked the job that much, go look for another one.

If you do not like your job...switch, find something you are more passionate about and that you enjoy.

I agree with all of you. These people are lazy and less productive. Why cant they just look for a job elsewhere if they are not happy with their present jobs? That is being unfair to your colleagues and to the company.
